Q: Do I need to prepare anything before my first session? A: No, just show up as you are that day, that's actually the point.
Q: Will I leave with something I can use immediately? A: Yes, every first session includes at least one practiced regulation tool.
Q: Is this like therapy? A: No, it's practical and collaborative, not diagnostic or clinical.
Q: How long is the first session? A: Each session is 60 minutes.
Q: Do you work with clients outside the US? A: Yes. All sessions are virtual, and I've worked with clients from Dubai to Finland.
